Ivy league college help????
Your GPA is certainly on track. To be You need SAT scores in the 2100+ range, lots of extracurriculars and a killer admissions essay.

Ivy League schools reject far more qualified students than they accept. That means you need to stand out. Not having extracurriculars is bad -- but the truth is that everyone has them, they are easy to pad and hard to verify. Therefore, they aren't the things that will make you stand out. The interview and essays will make you stand out.

Being from the South is a plus -- as they like a good geographical mix, and most of their applicants come from the Northeast.
Reply:Your application essay is going to have to be written a *lot* better than your question here. It's got a lot of mistakes, and you're going to be directly competing with people who attended better high schools, took the same classes, got the same grades, and in general may look pretty comparable--until the applications people read your essay.

Know this is a weakness and work on it. It will impact the writing part of your SAT score, too.

One thing the Ivy League schools seem to seek is a student who pursues one interest for many years, whether it's academic or not. They seek that kind of passion. They're also seriously into student leadership, so I hope your extracurriculars include some.
Reply:What do your extra-curricular activities consist of?Have you volunteered?Take part in odd things/extra-curriculars that will intrigue those looking at your college applications.Received any accolades?Your on the right track as far as academics go though...Good luck!=)
