I realize that this question has probably been asked by thousands of people by now, but I'd like to get some realistic thoughts from others...
I had a 3.85 GPA, 27 on the ACT, 10 on the Writing.
I just completed an 11 month study abroad in Costa Rica, which helped me to achieve fluency in Spanish.
I fence 30 hours a week and am hoping to compete on the NCAA Div 1 level in College, (Thus the reason I'm looking more Ivy league (They have the best fencing teams))
Of course I'm in it for the academics too. =)
I plan to start applying as soon as possible for fall of '09. I am 18 already and this is my first year out of highschool, I'll be taking calculus and a writing class part time all year so that I'll still be eligible as a freshman student for the follwing year.
Think it sounds possible? I plan to apply to Princeton, Brown University, and Yale.
Ivy League School... Acceptance?
