Ivy leauge??
You'll want to do some investigation to see how your school's grading matches up with the common US system, but most American colleges look at your cumulative GPA as well as the breakdown by term - and with that long a string of 2s and 3s, I don't know that your current improvement will be enough to help you when you're up against students who've maintained consistent A averages. Add to that the fact that your main SAT score is actually on the low side for Ivy admissions (I'm not saying it's not good, mind you, but you have to understand the level of competition you're dealing with here), that Asians are not a particularly underrepresented minority at these schools, and that very competitive private schools tend to base their aid on need, and you'd probably be better off looking elsewhere for scholarships.
Reply:you should just call the school or email them and ask what there qualifications are for you to attend, they will def. tell you. i went to cornell if thats the school you are looking at, and they accept a lot of international students and i think they do offter aid.
Reply:no. your stats are way too low to be considered for admission to any ivy league school.

and many schools will not provide aid to international students.
Reply:I guess, from your Avatar, that you have an advantage as a non-white applicant.

Penn and Cornell are reported to love non-white applicants, the most of all the Ivy League schools.

Even with reverse discrimination, you need a 3.2 GPA, 690-C.R 670- Math and a lot of E.C's and leadership positions.

Edit: I have doubts about them taking students from other continents on a equal footing with USA students, especially in the current international situations. I have no idea how that might help or hurt your application.
