can somebody explain me what really the ivy league is..

Ivy league???
The Ivy League, often referred to as the Ancient Eight, is a group of elite universities in the northeast of the U.S. It comprises Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Dartmouth, Cornell, Columbia, Brown, and Penn.
Reply:The Ivy League is an athletic conference comprising eight private institutions of higher education located in the Northeastern United States. The term is most commonly used to refer to those eight schools considered as a group. The term also has connotations of academic excellence, selectivity in admissions, and a reputation for social elitism.





Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Harvard, Princeton, Penn (University of Pennsylvania), and Yale.
